About Coco’s Barn

This beautiful self-catering holiday cottage is a rural, tanquil hideaway. Located in Somerset, we are close to Bath, Wells, Bruton and some of the most acclaimed and stylish restaurants and pubs in Somerset.

Originally the old Hay Barn for the farm, it is now it’s a relaxing space for couples, with a stunning contemporary downstairs, modern appliances and a relaxing eaves bedroom. The bedroom includes a comfy king size bed and ensuite shower room. Plan a weekend or a longer vacation stay. Coco’s Barn exudes comfort, charm and tranquility. Reused and recycled materials were used in the redevelopment of Coco’s Barn and it is cleaned using organic and chemical-free products. We are also dog friendly, welcoming one small/medium sized dog, for which there is a small charge.

There is a minimum 2 night stay.

Coco’s Barn is well placed for exploring some of Somerset’s most captivating locations.

  • Walk across the fields to the local farm shop, bistro and bar.

  • Take the Foodie Trail, of Michelin Star and highly acclaimed restaurants.

  • 8 mins drive from Babington House, so if you are a member, Coco’s Barn is the perfect place to stay.

  • Fantastic Bath is just a 25 minute drive away, with its amazing restaurants, shopping and architecture.

  • Bruton and Frome are 15-20 mins. We have amazing restaurants, fantastic walks and sightseeing nearby.

  • ‘The Newt in Somerset’ is also around 25 minutes drive.

  • ‘Roth’s Bar & Grill’ at Hauser & Wirth in Bruton.

  • The gallery and amazing gardens also at Hauser & Wirth.

  • The ‘Talbot Inn’ in Mells, (voted one of England’s best villages) is just an 8 minute drive.

  • Walks and cycling routes are in abundance. Just check out the Ordnance Survey Maps

And if all that is just too much, just snuggle up on the sofa, read a book and chill !
