From the products that we used to clean the space before you arrive, to the materials sourced for its refurbishment, every possible step has been taken to create harmony with our surroundings . Coco’s Barn has existed since 1784; its’ first incarnation was as a hay loft. It has passed through many owners in its time and our desire is to be as respectful to its original structure as possible. That is why we have used reclaimed timber, repurposed stone and renovated antique furniture. None of this detracts from the beauty of the space. Coco’s Barn is a truly relaxing and beautiful place to stay. It’s a testimony to how important it is to reuse, repurpose and reduce the use of materials, without impacting on style or function.

The surrounding fields are home to horses, sheep and birds. The stars on a clear night are glorious.

The owners are passionate about sustainability. They have made every effort to ensure that Coco’s Barn is a sustainable space for everyone to enjoy.
